This is one of my favorite meditations. It incorporates breath work and visualization. In just 13 minutes, it can help you experience the rewards of body/mind/heart alignment – or what’s known as “Heart Coherence.”

The benefits of heart coherence are many, including:

Reduced stress
Improved immunity
Greater resilience
Enhanced wellbeing

Heart coherence has even been shown to support the manifestation of intentions.
