Pura Vida from my Breath Retreat in Costa Rica

In Costa Rica, the phrase “Pura Vida” is not only a greeting but also a philosophy of happiness and a way of life.

Like “Hakuna Matata” in Swahili (which translates to “no worries”) it’s a reminder to appreciate this now moment. It invites us to drop into an experience of presence and flow: “impossible to be better in this life!”

Recorded on an iPhone without a microphone next to a loudly flowing fountain… pura vida!
