5. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching Packages: The coaching services provided through Susannah Kenton are designed to support your personal growth and well-being. However, coaching is not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing any mental health concerns, you are encouraged to seek professional help from a licensed therapist or counselor.

Coaching Workshops: The workshops offered by Susannah Kenton are designed to provide general information and guidance on holistic practices. They are not tailored to individual needs and should not be taken as a substitute for seeking professional advice from a qualified healthcare provider, where appropriate.

6. Client Representation and Responsibilities

Coaching: By engaging in coaching services with Susannah Kenton, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and are mentally competent to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for coming to coaching sessions prepared to discuss your goals and challenges openly and honestly. You are also responsible for following through on any recommendations or action items suggested during your coaching sessions.

Workshops: If you are contracting with Heart Space International LLC to deliver a workshop for your organisation, you represent that you are authorised to act on behalf of the organisation. You are also responsible for ensuring that all participants in the workshop are aware of and agree to these Terms.

7. Payment and Cancellation

Products: Payment for all Products is due in full at the time of purchase. Heart Space International LLC reserves the right to modify pricing at any time and without prior notice. Refund policies for products will be clearly communicated on the product page before purchase.

Coaching Packages: Payment for coaching packages will be as outlined in the specific package description. Cancellation policies will be clearly communicated during the coaching enrollment process.

Workshops: Payment terms and cancellation policies for workshops will be agreed upon in a separate contract between Heart Space International LLC and the client organisation.

8. Term and Termination

These Terms will remain in full force and effect so long as you are a user of the Services or have purchased any Products. Heart Space International LLC  may terminate these Terms, or suspend or terminate your access to the Services or Products, for any reason and at any time, without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Susannah Kenton shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services or Products, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services or Products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Christchurch, New Zealand.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Susannah Kenton regarding the use of the Services and Products. Any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or warranties, oral or written, are superseded by these Terms.

12. Amendment
