It’s not easy to hear your higher wisdom amidst the stress and noise of a busy life. In this lesson we take time to breathe – literally. We begin with a simple coherence breath pattern and move into a meditative affirmative prayer, to invoke an easy connection with Source in preparation for the lessons ahead.
In this lesson we use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping to clear out limiting beliefs and the burden of other peoples’ opinions, to create a clearer space from which to align with Source, hear our own higher wisdom and act on it.
Here we dive into the guided writing practice. We begin with instructions and a short centring and then flow into the writing session accompanied by music to support focus and flow. Once you’ve completed the lesson you can use this track for additional sessions by skipping over the instructions and beginning where it suits you best. The centring practice starts at about 3:15. Writing your question starts at around 4:40. And streaming answers starts at 5:30.
